Since 2014, the Westchester County Industrial Development Agency ("IDA") has helped the following companies in Westchester County.

Harbor Square, Ossining, NY
Harbor Square is a construction project consisting of a 118 unit apartment rental building, a 200 seat restaurant and a waterfront promenade along the Hudson River. The cost of this project is projected to be $65 Million.

Rivertown Square, Dobbs Ferry, NY
Rivertown Square is a construction project consisting of a 123 room Hotel and 116,422 square feet of rental space on 8.8 acres of property. The cost of this project is projected to be $53.5 million.

SME Development, Elmsford, NY
SME Development is the construction of 81 market rate multifamily housing units. The cost is projected to be $27 million.

Mamaroneck Self Storage, Mamaroneck, NY
Mamaroneck Self Storage, is the construction of a 40,000 square foot self-storage facility. This self-storage facility is a green facility. This projected cost is $3 million.

OSG Mamaroneck, White Plains, NY
OSG Mamaroneck is the Renovation of 1311 Mamaroneck Avenue. The renovation includes improvements to the lobby, corridors, elevators, cafeteria and other common spaces inside the building. The project cost is projected to cost $4 million

Saw Mill Lofts, Hastings on Hudson, NY
Saw Mill Lofts is the construction of a 66 unit apartment rental building, which includes 12 affordable units. The project is projected to cost is $4 million

Arch Street Communications, White Plains, NY
Arch Street Communications project is a renovation of a 2,000 square foot office space. The projected cost of the project is $52,650.

35 Valley Avenue, Elmsford, NY
The 35 Valley Avenue project is the construction of a 96 unit apartment building with 11,500 square feet of retail space. The  projected  cost of this project is $22 million.

Scott's Corner Market, Pound Ridge, NY
Scotts Corner Market is the renovation of a 30,000 square foot supermarket in Pound Ridge. The cost of the project is projected to cost $2.5 million.

Regeneron, Greenburgh, NY
The Regeneron project is a $196 million expansion of their Research and Development facility in Greenburgh NY.

The District at Westchester is a $275 million mixed use development in White Plains NY

Dobbs Ferry Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, Dobbs Ferry NY
Dobbs Ferry Hilton Garden Inn Hotel is a 123 room hotel located in Dobbs Ferry. This project costs $17 million.

Lakeview Apartment, White Plains, NY
Lakeview Apartments is a 95 unit section-8 apartment building that is  projected to cost $15 million.

Comstock Residential, Mamaroneck, NY
Comstock Residential is the Construction of a 21 unit residential apartment building with 2,500 square feet of retail space. Two of the units, or 10%, will be Affordable. This project  is projected to cost $6.5 million.

Snowden House, Ossining, NY
Snowden House is an 8-story apartment building that’s being renovated into 124 affordable Section 8 rental apartments. This project is projected to cost $33 million

Norben Lofts, White Plains, NY
Norben Lofts is the construction of a 65 unit apartment building in White Plains, New York. The project is projected to cost $15 million.

Dannon, White Plains, NY
Dannon is a $30 million project to renovate and occupy up to 80,000 square feet of space in White Plains, New York.
