Employee Ownership: A Strategy for Succession Planning
The Westchester County Office of Economic Development will host a free, virtual, lunch and learn on September 20 from 12 PM-1:30 PM. Featured speakers Delia Marx, Ph.D., Co-Founder, Westchester Cooperative Network, and Michael Brady, Operating Partner, Southeast Acquisition Capital, will lead a discussion focused on the benefits of converting your business to employee ownership, different approaches, how to get financing, and more.
