    All IDA meetings are held at 8:30 a.m., on the fourth Thursday of each month in the County Executive's Conference Room, 9th Floor, Michaelian Office Building, 148 Martine Ave., White Plains, NY. Meetings are open to the public, but we do ask that you contact our office prior to attending. In addition, identification is required to enter our office building.

    For more information on any IDA public hearing, contact our office at (914) 995-2913. All IDA Meetings are open to the public and last 30 minutes. The agency asks that, if possible, those wishing to give testimony contact the agency prior to the public hearing and provide written testimony.

    Upcoming Public Hearings
    Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis and related executive orders issued by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, the Agency will have limited accommodations for in-person public attendance or participation at the Hearing for only five (5) individuals at the same time.  In addition to this limited capacity gathering, and in furtherance of the provisions of Section 859-a of the Act requiring that interested parties be provided a reasonable opportunity, both orally and in writing, to present their views with respect to the Project, the Agency will also conduct a concurrent Hearing via videoconference at and dial in public participation. Individual testimony will be limited to 5 minutes.  Finally, the Agency also encourages all interested parties to submit written comments to the Agency, which will all be included within the Hearing record.  Any written comments may be sent to County of Westchester Industrial Development Agency, 148 Martine Avenue, White Plains, New York 10601, Attn: Chloe Zung, Assistant Secretary and/or via email at CZung@westchestergov.com during the Hearing or prior thereto.
